Powdea delivered the project together with its Swedish partner Panea<\/h3>\n<p>Powder Technic supplied a complete dosing system to Dahls Bageri&#8217;s new bakery in Gothenberg, Sweden.\u00a0 With the dosing system, Dahs is able to automate is dough preparation on two production lines.<\/p>\n<h3>100 metres long pneumatic conveying line<\/h3>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-6837\" src=\"https:\/\/powdea.fi\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/Panea-Dahls-april-17-2-1-566x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"456\" height=\"826\" srcset=\"https:\/\/powdea.fi\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/Panea-Dahls-april-17-2-1-566x1024.jpg 566w, https:\/\/powdea.fi\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/Panea-Dahls-april-17-2-1-166x300.jpg 166w, https:\/\/powdea.fi\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/Panea-Dahls-april-17-2-1-848x1536.jpg 848w, https:\/\/powdea.fi\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/Panea-Dahls-april-17-2-1.jpg 902w, https:\/\/powdea.fi\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/Panea-Dahls-april-17-2-1-166x300@2x.jpg 332w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 456px) 100vw, 456px\" \/>The main components of the dough,such as flour are dosed from silos that were placed inside the finished product warehousing area. The dough production area is over 50 m away from the silos. &#8221; The challenge in this project was the conveying distance of nearly 100 m from silos to mixers. We used a special conveying method and our patented cyclone filters to ensure high conveying capacity and dosing accuracy of approximataly 200 g. &#8221; says Powdea&#8217;s CEO Tuomo Kousa<\/p>\n<h3>Powdermatic \u2122 I200 for accurate and automatic dosing of small ingredients<\/h3>\n<p>The dosing of small ingredients was automated with a Powdea Powdermatic \u2122 I200. The Powdematic \u2122 dosing unit consists of 10 dosing hoppers that dispense the ingredients accurately weighed onto a pneumatic conveyor that transports the ingredients to the mixer bowl.<\/p>\n<h3>Liquid dispensing fully automatic with Fluidmatic \u2122 equipment<\/h3>\n<p>The liquids needed for the dough, such as oil, margarine and syrup, are automatically dispensed into the mixer with the Fluidmatic \u2122 according to the recipe. The unit consists of a support frame for liquid containers and pumps for pumping liquids into the mixer. The correct amount of liquid is weighed accurately.<\/p>\n<h3>Accurate dosing with recipe dosing controller and logic control<\/h3>\n<p>The dosing of the ingredients is automatic and controlled by a recipe controller. The dosing process is controlled and monitored by the Siemens S7 PLC.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Powdea Dosing Controller was integrated with the PCS Winbag ERP program<\/h3>\n<p>The recipe controller was integrated with the PCS winbag ERP, that in use at Dahls.
