Powdea is extremely proud to announce,that it has been selected to supply the new automatic\u00a0 ingredient dosing system to Pielispakari -bakery, which is the world’s biggest producer of Carelian pie pastry products. The bakery employs over 100 workers and it’s\u00a0 total\u00a0 production capacity is about 60 million pies per year.<\/p>\n

Powdea’s dosing system will include modern composite silos for the main ingredients, high-capacity conveying lines of over 100 m length,Anti-Dust\u2122 receiver hoppers, automatic water mixer and Smart Scales for manually added ingredients. The system will be operated by Powdea’s recipe controller and the production will be fully traceable. The project will be delivered in 2026 as a turn-key principle.<\/p>\n
