The patented minor dosing guarantees 100% recipe precision
The most critical part of the dosing system for the homogeneity and optimal composition of the products is the accurate small ingredient dosing. The patented PreMix technology, based on Powdean’s PowderHow know-how, allows the ingredients to be dispensed simultaneously, pre-mixing them before the actual dough mixer. Due to the premixing, the active ingredients of the dough, such as dry yeast and improvers, are evenly mixed with the dry matter, so that they are evenly distributed in the dough during the actual mixing step.
Our typical industrial bakery automatic dosing system consists of, for example, 2-5 existing or new silos, 6-8 Big Bags, 10 small component dosing units and a few liquids. Thanks to the system’s sizing and the patented Powdea PreMix ™ technology, it is able to dispense up to 24 medium-sized (300 l) dough batches into a dough bowl within an hour automatically and with high accuracy. One baker can easily handle the entire dough manufacturing process for multiple production lines
Because the Powdea dispensing system is modular, it can be installed in stages. The first phase may be limited to, for example, the installation of flour silos and the modernization of water dosing, as well as new state-of-the-art recipe control automation. The dosing system can later be upgraded by automating the dosing of liquids and small ingredients with Fluidmatic ja and Powdermatic ™ devices, for example.
The dosing of raw materials is fast and accurate. Dosing automation monitors and controls the dosing of each ingredient. This ensures the homogeneity of the product, which reduces problems on the production line. Doses can be ordered individually from the system by prescription number or recipe name. Automation automatically proportiones the ingredients in the recipe when making a smaller dough. A dosing order can be placed directly according to the products required.

With Dough Master, you can conveniently create your recipes on your PC and display them on the baker’s dispensing terminal at the touch of a button. Thanks to the reporting of dosing results and production planning functions, you know what is happening in your production and are able to plan and anticipate your production.
