Powdean Patavahti ™ is a solution based on Rfid detection technology and an advanced control system to ensure optimal dough quality. Patavahti ™ ensures that after the exact dosing of the ingredients, your dough mixes and rests exactly according to the instructions in your recipe. With the solution, you achieve 100% control from dough dispensing to chopping and whipping. Dough Guardian ™ integrates perfectly with Powdea Dough Master ™ recipe management software and raw material dispensing system and can be easily retrofitted..
Dough Guardian ™ STEP uses RFID technology to automatically detect your bowl when it is placed under a flour scale. In this case, the Powdea recipe controller compares the information in the bowl with the information in the database about what has been dispensed into that particular pot in the past. The recipe controller automatically suggests the next dosage to the dough maker in the pan just inserted under the flour scale. Dough Guardian ™ STEP does not allow the wrong dose to be taken into the pot.
Dough Guardian ™ MIX uses RFID technology to automatically identify your bowl when it is placed in the mixer. In this case, the Powdea recipe controller searches the database for information on what dough is in the bowl and how it should be mixed according to the recipe. Dough Guardian ™ MIX automatically displays the mixing settings for the dough maker with the new display terminal installed to the dough mixer. Dough Guardian™ MIX eliminates the possibility of a human error in remembering the mixing.
Dough Guardian ™ REST tells you the amount of time the dough is to be soaked or rested on the wall-mounted Info-TV screen. Based on the numbering and RFID identification of the bowl, the dough maker will see the bowl number of each dough and the remaining rest time on the Info-TV screen. The rest time can be either the soaking time for flakes, for example, or the rest time after mixing. The remaining bowl-specific rest time will automatically appear on the infoTV screen when the pot leaves the flour scale or the mixer. The rest period ends automatically when the kettle returns to dispensing or is placed in the tipping machine
