Powdea DustExtractor L/ATEX

DustExtractor L/EX consist of a body made of sheet metal, a cover part and a collection tank.  Vacuum blower creates a negative pressure in the suction tank and the suction pipeline. A control center and compressed air tank are attached to the filter body.

Effective dust removal for a single point of extraction

• An efficient centrifugal vacuum cleaner achieves a suction power of 3000 m3/h, which guarantees a sufficient capture speed for target dust removal from one suction point, such as a hand weighing point, filling an open container with small particles
• The filter is sized according to the amount of air and the characteristics of the dust to be filtered
• The filter elements are easy to change through the large service door
• Automatic compressed air cleaning of the filter elements
• Suitable for filtering explosive dusts
• The unit is equipped with antistatic filter elements and a rupture membrane, so that it meets the requirements of the ATEX-21 z0ne  for its internal parts
