Powdea DustExtractor S/ATEX

Powdea DustExtractor S/ATEX consist of a body made of sheet metal, a cover part and a collection tank. Centrifugal vacuum blower creates a negative pressure in the suction tank and the suction pipeline. A control center and compressed air block are attached to the filter body.

Effective target dust removal for a single target

• An efficient centrifugal vacuum cleaner achieves a suction power of 1500 m3/h, which guarantees a sufficient capture speed for  dust removal from one suction point
• The filter is sized according to the amount of air and the characteristics of the dust to be filteredThe filter elements are easy to change through the large service door
• Automatic compressed air cleaning of the filter elements keeps the elements in working order for a long time

Also suitable for filtering explosive dust

• The device is equipped with antistatic filter elements and a rupture membrane, so that it meets the requirements of the ATEX-21 zone class for its internal parts
