Powdea Loss-in-Weight controller

The Powdea Loss-in-weight Smart™ dosing controller maintains the desired dosing capacity, adjusting the dosing rate within the set tolerance limits if necessary.

The dosing capacity of the dispenser is locked to the current dosing speed during filling and continues with weighed and controlled dosing after filling. With the powder feeder connected to the Powdea Loss-in-Weight controller, depending on the raw material, a dosing accuracy of 0.25-1.5% is achieved and real-time data on the dosing event is obtained in the form of a trend curve.

Using bus technology, the equipment can be connected to a higher-level control system, in which case the desired dosing speed can be given, for example, from the process control room.
