Powdea Sackmaster™ Patented solution for dust-free emptying of small bags

What makes the new Sackmaster™ emptying station for small sacks inventive is the integrated pneumatic sack flattening equipment, which enables dust-free emptying of small sacks into the process and flattening directly into the waste container.

In other solutions on the market, the empty sacks are typically moved to a separate sack baler after emptying, causing dust to fall from the sack onto the floor. Handling finished sack bales on pallets is heavy and dirty floors.

In the invention of Powdea Technologies, the emptying of the bag takes place under vacuum under a dust extraction hood, so that no dust is released into the environment during the emptying phase. After emptying, the empty bag is not removed from the equipment, but is moved under the dust removal hood directly to a waste container, for example a closed container. Compressed air flattening equipment seals the sacks in the closed container. The dust generated during compaction is absorbed into the dust extraction. The waste container filled with empty sacks can be emptied directly into the waste compactor, thereby eliminating the dusty and heavy work steps associated with handling the sack bale
