Principle

In Vacumatic, a vacuum blower is used to develop the vacuum necessary for the transfer of the material. The material can be fed into the transfer pipeline directly or with a special feeding device, such as a screw conveyor or a rotary feeder. The mixture of the material to be moved and air travels along the transfer pipeline to the suction tank, where the transfer air is separated from the material to be moved with a filter. The material is unloaded from the suction tank in a controlled manner with a shut-off feeder or a valve.

Suitability

Vacumatic™ vacuum conveyors are particularly suitable for transfer distances of less than 50 meters and for rather small transfer capacities (100 kg..1000 kg/h). Since the placement of the transfer piping in the lateral and vertical direction is almost free, the system can be easily installed even in tight spaces.
