Powdea Fluidmatic ™ DUO is our dosing equipment for the automatic dosing of liquids in bakeries and food plants . At the touch of a button, Fluidmatic ™ DUO dispenses the requested amount of liquid directly into a bowl, mixer or other container.
The Fluidmatic ™ DUO dosing system consists of a dosing container placed on top of a sturdy frame and weighing equipment and a filling container placed on top of it. The lower dosing container is filled automatically, so that running out of liquid does not cause an interruption in production.
The equipment is controlled by an easy-to-use local-language operator panel. The equipment can act as an stand-alone dosing station or it can be integrated into a wider raw material dosing automation.
