When it is necessary to automate the weighing of the powder delivered in small bags into the container in a dust-free and accurate manner, the Powdea Doser™ is just the right solution. We design and manufacture customized Powdea Feeder™ powder dispensers according to the customer’s dimensions for precisely weighed and controlled batch dosing of powders. At the push of a button, the Powdea Feeder™ dispenses the requested amount of powder into, for example, a mixer or container.

Filling the dispenser dust-free and ergonomically

We have designed the filling of Powdea Feeder dispensers to be as ergonomic as possible. The dispenser typically has a rest level, to which the sack is raised during opening. Opening the dispenser door automatically activates the DustExtractor™  dust extraction unit. Emptying the sack through the hatch guarantees very efficient dust removal.
