With the Powdea Powdermatic ™ M60 dispenser, you store your small ingredients neatly and hygienically in the dispensing containers and dispense them exactly into the dispensing containers according to the recipe. The Dough Master ™ program connected to the device displays your recipes on the operator terminal and uses tolerance monitoring to ensure that your recipes are repeated with 100% accuracy.
The Powdermatic M60 typically has 8 to 12 60 L dispenser containers for storage of ingredients and a level sliding scale. Powdermatic M60 allows ingredients to be stored neatly in containers and ergonomically dispensed manually into a box or container. A high-precision weighing table is connected to the prescription computer and the touch screen operator terminal controls the dosing.
The baker selects the correct recipe from the control panel and dispenses the correct amounts of each ingredient according to the on-screen dosing instructions. Dosing is quick and easy thanks to a graphic pointer that visually shows the correct amount to be dispensed. After each weighing, the balance automatically tare before the next ingredient is dispensed.
Each dose is automatically saved as a dose report on a standard office computer for quality control and manual dosing traceability. A bar code reader can be connected for easy batch numbers.
